Is Mangose free?

How do I create a new space?
Click the plus button in the first bar on the left, enter a name, and choose the type: Personal, Team, or School.
How do I create a new collection?
In the sidebar, click + New Collection. You can name it and start adding tasks or entries.
What are views?
Views allow you to organize and browse content in different ways within a collection. You can choose:
- Board (Kanban) – Organizes tasks in columns (e.g., To Do, Doing, Done).
- List – A classic list of entries.
- Table – A spreadsheet-style view with additional fields.
- Gallery – A visual presentation of entries, useful for cataloging images.
- Canvas – A space for rich-text editing and documentation.
Can a collection have multiple views?
Yes! Each collection can have multiple views, and each one can display tasks differently. This allows you to customize your workflow to fit your needs.
- Each view can have its own filters and sorting, enabling different ways of organizing the same data.
- For example, you can have a Kanban Board for managing tasks while also having a List View sorted by due dates.
- By customizing views, you can switch between different ways of working without altering the collection’s content.
How do I add a new entry or task?
In the selected collection, start typing in the New task field. Press Enter, and Mangose will automatically create a new entry.
How do I edit or delete a collection?
Click the three dots next to the collection name, where you'll find the options to Archive Collection, Delete Collection, or Open in a New Window.

How do I mark important tasks?
Click the star next to a task to mark it as high priority.
How do I add fields to a task?
In a task, click Add Field, then choose options such as Due Date, Responsible Person, Reminder Date, or Custom Fields.
How do I filter and sort tasks?
In the top right corner, you'll find the Filter and Sort buttons, where you can sort tasks by Creation Date, Due Date, Last Modified, etc.
What is a section?
A section helps organize tasks and entries in a collection, making it easier to structure work. Sections behave differently depending on the view:
- Board (Kanban) – Sections appear as columns (e.g., ToDo, Doing, Done), where tasks can be dragged and dropped.
- Gallery – Sections group cards visually, helping to organize images, ideas, or inspirations by category.
- List – Sections act as headings, separating tasks in a vertical layout.
How do I add a section?
To add a new section in a given view, click the three dots, select Add Section, and create a category to group tasks.

How do I add or change a task cover?
Open a task, click the three dots in the top right corner, and select Change Cover. You can upload an image or remove the current cover.
How do I archive a task?
Click the three dots in the top right corner of an open task and select Archive.

Open a task, type your comment in the Write something... field, and click Send comment!.
How do I add a file to a task?
Open a task and click Add Files to attach images, documents, or other files.

AI Workflow is an advanced automation feature in Mangose that uses artificial intelligence to execute custom workflows based on natural language prompts. Unlike traditional rule-based automations, AI Workflow allows you to describe what you want to happen in plain English, and the AI will intelligently perform actions like updating tasks, creating new entries, sending notifications, or integrating with external services.
How do I set up an AI Workflow?
In a collection, go to the AI Workflow tab. Write a prompt describing the automation logic, such as: "When a new task is created, check if it has a due date. If not, set a default due date 7 days from now and notify the responsible user." Then select the triggers that should activate the workflow (e.g., new-task, task updates).
What triggers can activate AI Workflows?
You can choose from various triggers:
- New Task: When a new task is created
- Task Edit: When an existing task is edited
- Property Change: When a task property is changed
- General Update: For general updates
- Reminder: When a task reminder is triggered
- Due Date: When a task's due date is reached
What can AI Workflows do?
