Mangose was born out of necessity—a need for a tool that is flexible but not overwhelming. A tool that does not impose rigid discipline but helps you work effectively.

For over 10 years, I have been exploring productivity and applications designed to help organize life and work. I have read countless books on the subject, attended industry conferences and events, and tested nearly every existing task management application. And every time, I encountered the same problem—either it was too simple and limiting, or too complex and overwhelming.

That’s why I created Mangose.

Who are we?

We are a group of enthusiasts passionate about productivity, technology, and work organization. For years, we have tested different time management methods, analyzed tools, and searched for the best solutions to improve everyday workflows. We believe that productivity should not mean rigid rules but a flexible approach tailored to individual needs.

Mangose was founded by Magda—a productivity enthusiast who spent years searching for the perfect tool until she decided to create one herself. That’s how Mangose was born—an application that combines intuitiveness with flexibility, allowing everyone to work in their own way.

Where Does Mangose Fit?

Mangose belongs to the mid-range segment of productivity applications. It’s not as simple as Trello, but it’s also not as complex as Jira or Asana.

We aim for the middle ground, offering users more flexibility without overwhelming complexity.

European Technology, Ethical Approach

Mangose is created and operates in Europe, and that’s no coincidence. Today, most major tools come from the USA or China, often raising concerns about privacy and transparency.

We believe that Europe needs strong, independent technological solutions. If we don’t support local products, we risk dependency on global giants that do not always operate with ethical principles in mind.
