Workspace as a website

Publish selected workspace views as a simple public website

Share website in Mangose lets you turn a workspace into a public webpage. Set a name, description, and subdomain, choose which views should be visible, and then share the ready link.

What you configure

  • website name and description
  • workspace subdomain
  • which views are public and what path each one uses

Share website turns your workspace into a lightweight site for reading and sharing

This feature does not create a separate CMS. It uses the content you already keep in your workspace and lets you expose selected views publicly under a simple address.

One source of content

Instead of copying information into another tool, you publish what you already maintain inside Mangose.

Control over what is public

You do not publish the whole workspace. You decide exactly which views should be visible outside your team.

A simple link to share

After publishing, you can send the ready URL to clients, teammates, candidates, or anyone reading your documentation.

How publishing works step by step

Step 1

Set a name, description, and subdomain

Start by configuring the basic website details so the public address is clear and easy to recognize.

Step 2

Choose views and their paths

For each view, decide whether it should be public and assign a custom slug such as /home or /roadmap.

Step 3

Publish the website

Once publishing is enabled, the site becomes visible on the internet under your chosen workspace domain.

Step 4

Hide views without deleting data

If a view should disappear from the website, you can unpublish it without removing it from the workspace.

What you can use it for

A public wiki with /home as the landing page.
A product roadmap with selected public views for customers or the community.
A portfolio, documentation site, or knowledge base built directly from workspace content.

This is not a private workspace sharing feature

If you want to invite someone to collaborate inside your workspace or collections, use Teams. Share website is meant for publishing selected views publicly as a website.
